Andrea Ochoa is the Owner and Founder of the company, with over 15 years of international experience in real estate, property management, and investment properties. Born in Colombia and raised in Costa Rica from a very young age, Andrea brings together deep local roots with a global understanding of real estate markets.

In 2018, Andrea was honored as one of Coldwell Banker’s “30 Under 30” Worldwide, recognizing her as a top young leader within the global real estate industry. Her career spans Costa Rica, Cartagena (Colombia), and Ibiza (Spain), where she has worked extensively with investment properties, vacation rentals, residential developments, and home renovations.

Andrea has a strong background in property flipping, rental optimization, and investment strategy, helping clients make informed decisions and maximize returns while minimizing risk. She previously served as Director of Investments for Lifeafar in Colombia (2016–2017) and later played a key role in opening the Coldwell Banker office in Ibiza, Spain, where she trained, managed, and mentored real estate agents.

Beyond real estate performance, Andrea is deeply passionate about community involvement, education, and empowerment. She is committed to supporting local communities, mentoring young professionals, and guiding first time home buyers and new investors with clarity and confidence. Andrea believes real estate should be a tool for long term stability, generational wealth, and positive community growth.

At the heart of the company is a fully local, women led team from Guanacaste and across Costa Rica. The team is made up of empowered women, many of them mothers and heads of household, who bring dedication, resilience, and deep local knowledge to every client relationship.
